General Privacy Policy
The safeguard of your personal information is of equal importance as our very own. Every bit of your information stays with Becker Advisory Services (hereinafter BAS) and our trusted client account custodian. We will not sell, gift, trade, lease, rent, transfer, or share in anyway your personal information.
BAS only obtains information from clients that assist in providing investment management services and to complete custodian requirements and comply with various state and federal compliance requirements.
BAS may disclose all the personal information we collect to our client custodian so that they may provide account custody and brokerage services.
BAS allows access only to individuals who must have client’s personal information to service the account. BAS will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect clients’ information. BAS will treat former clients with the same consideration as current clients. BAS will notify clients of our privacy policy in a letter 1.) included with the ADV, provided to all new clients, and 2.) sent to every client along with his or her 2nd quarter performance report each year.

Email Inquiries: When visitors send e-mail inquiries to BAS the return e-mail address is used to answer the e-mail inquiry and communicate with the sender. BAS does not use the return e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share it with any third party.
Monthly Email Newsletter and as needed correspondence: Every e-mail of our newsletter will contain the option to unsubscribe at the end of the e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Non-identifying Information: May be used to improve our website. As an example, to improve the site, information collected regarding site traffic or specific page traffic may be shared, but this will never include any shred of your identifying information.
Updates: BAS may amend its Privacy Policy from time to time; these changes will be posted online and take effect as soon as they are posted.
